"HOW TO FIX THE FUTURE USING COOPERATIVE ECONOMICS" by Mark A. Young
Mark Young has over 25 years of experience in the housing and community development field. As a life-long resident of Indianapolis he attended Ball State University where he earned a B. S in Biology and completed his graduate work in Urban and Regional Planning
After graduate school Mark was employed by the City of Indianapolis’ Department of Metropolitan Development first as a comprehensive planner and then as a special projects coordinator. At his last position Mark worked as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Director for the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) overseeing and creating policy and programs for over $500 million in annual funding. Currently Mark works as development consultant assisting clients with multifamily and single family housing projects, strategic planning efforts and business development.
Additionally, Mark Young holds trade certifications as both a Housing Development Finance Professional and an Economic Development Finance Professional and a Real Estate Brokers license.
